The objective of this course is to introduce your child to basics of Vedic teachings. Vedas are known to be the oldest texts available in the library of mankind, and they contain teachings which are ‘revealed’ to the seers or the rishis. Vedic teachings are universal in nature, and they teach us the ‘art of living’ a life to its fullest potential. Right action arises from right knowledge. And right action leads to a happy and content life. Vedic scriptures teach Dharm(‘Righteous’) actions based on eternal concepts. Children need to develop skills to differentiate right from wrong which lays the foundation for a superior moral character and personality.
The existence of God (or deities) is a controversial subject in both religious philosophy and popular culture. Arsha Gurukulam makes an effort to explain this through the four Pramanas and logical reasoning.
Vedas are known to be the oldest texts available in the library of mankind, and they contain teachings that were revealed to the seers or the rishis. Arsha Gurukulam brings light to the right scriptures so that "us humans" have the right sources to follow and live our life by.
In a society that revolves around communication, it is essential to master the skill of social behavior. Arsha Gurukulam takes an initiative in helping kids develop socially to become optimal members of society.
With the growing technology, life has also picked up its pace with nothing to hold on to, with nothing to give us to reflect on ourselves, with us being consumed by the busy universe. Arsha Gurukulam offers a set of dos and don'ts that help individuals understand the difference between right and wrong practices and helps them acquire those qualities in life so that our life becomes purposeful again.
