Attentive learning
Sessions remain calm and free of avoidable distraction. Questions and conversation are welcomed at appropriate times.
Children in shared spaces
Children remain supervised in open, shared learning areas. Parents or guardians keep the team informed about who is responsible for each child.
Fire and food safety
Adults manage the Havan area and maintain appropriate distance for children. Detailed allergies, dietary restrictions, emergency contacts, and medical information are collected only in the private approved-family process.
Photography by consent
Images of children are shared publicly only with recorded family consent. A child’s full name is not paired with a public photograph.
Private home boundaries
Visitors remain within designated Gurukulam learning areas and use only designated household facilities. The street address and detailed access guidance are never published publicly.
Private online sessions
Meeting links stay within the enrolled community. Announcements include the date, time, and time zone; recording is disclosed in advance.
Property and support
Gurukulam-owned materials are tracked separately from personal household property. Personal ceremonial offerings to Acharya Vedshrami Ji remain separate from nonprofit funds.

Families and volunteers may raise a concern through the organization’s contact route. Anything involving a child’s immediate safety should be brought to responsible adults at once; emergencies should be reported to emergency services first.
