Public enrollment interest
The public enrollment form collects contact information, course interests, participation context, reminder preferences, and optional non-medical accessibility or dietary notes. Do not submit dates of birth, medical diagnoses, emergency contacts, a street address, pickup authorizations, or photography consent in this public form.
Private follow-up
After approval, the organization may share a private form for information needed to support a child or family safely. Access to that form is limited to approved participants and organization administrators.
Residential location and class links
Public pages show only Lilburn, Georgia. The exact in-person location, entry guidance, and private online meeting links are sent individually only when relevant after review.
Children and photography
An adult or guardian completes public enrollment for children. A child’s photograph is published only after consent is recorded, and a child’s full name is not published with the image.
Forms and service providers
Public forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse and Google Apps Script with Google Sheets for review and communication. Payment is completed on a hosted provider page; this website does not collect card numbers.
Retention, access, and questions
Final retention periods, the organization contact address for privacy requests, and any additional state-law notices are awaiting organization approval. Until then, use the public contact route for questions and do not send sensitive information through general email.
